Paul J. Poirier 1944 - 2003 Paul Poirier, 59, of Dieppe, passed away after a short battle with cancer, on Saturday, December 6, 2003 at the Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born in Dieppe, NB, he was the son of the late Tilmon and Agnes (née: LeBlanc) Poirier. He was a supervisor at Rolly's Wholesale and parishioner at Ste. Thérèse Roman Catholic Church. Mr. Poirier is survived by his wife, Dorothée (née: Caissie); one daughter Annette (Daniel) Melanson of Dieppe; two sons, Michel and Donald, both of Dieppe; three sisters, Ida (Oscar) Maillet, Jeanne (late Alcide) Maillet and Cecile (Jack) Schidel all three of Conn.; one brother Edgar of Conn.; four grandchildren, Marcel, Katelyn, Luc and Danika as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Jules and Raymond. Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Tuesday, December 9, 2003 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and on Wednesday from 1 pm until time of departure. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from Ste. Thérèse Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday , December 10, 2003 at 2 pm. Intermetn in Notre-Dame du Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB
