Lena Stella May Berry PETITCODIAC, NB - Lena Stella May Berry of Petitcodiac, passed away Friday January 9, 2004 at the Moncton Hospital at the age of 86. She was born February 24, 1917 in Petitcodiac and was the daughter of the late William and Ida (Douthwright) Berry. Lena was formerly employed with lawyer Douglas Rice, she retired as an Administrative Secretary for School District #16. A member of St. Andrew's Anglican Church, Petitcodiac, a life member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #41 Ladies Auxiliary. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by a special nephew and special cousin. Visiting hours will be held from Armstrong's Funeral Home, 33 Russell Street, Petitcodiac on Sunday from 7-9 pm, Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. With the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #41 holding a memorial service Monday at 7:00 pm from the funeral home. The funeral service will be held from Armstrong's Funeral Home on Tuesday January 13, 2004 at 2:30 pm with Rev. Bill Morton officiating.
