J. Pierre Leger J. Pierre Leger, 87, of Weldon Street, Moncton, passed away Friday, January 9, 2004 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born December 4, 1916 in GrandeDique, he was the son of the late Adelard, and the late Eliza (Cormier) Leger. He was an Accountant with CNR for 35 years prior to his retirement. He was a Fourth Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus Msgr. Arthur Melanson Assembly # 7952 and a member of the Crist-Roi golden Age Club. He is survived by his loving wife , Yvonne (Ouellet) Leger; two sisters, Evangeline Leger, Justine Poirier both of Dieppe and by several nieces, and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Bernadette Leger and Lorette Poirier There will be no visitation by request. The funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2004 at ChristRoi Roman Catholic Church, Moncton. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe.
