Hilda Landry COCAGNE, NB - Hilda Landry, 92, wife of the late Willie Landry, of Manoir St-Jean-Baptiste, Bouctouche, formerly of Cocagne, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2004 at the Manoir following a lengthy illness. Born March 5, 1911 in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late Hilarion, and Alvina (LeBlanc) LeBlanc. Hilda was a wonderful mother, and grandmother who enjoyed sewing, and cooking. She is survived by four daughters, Elyane Landry (Clarence) of SainteMarie, Dolores Kinsman (Guy) of NotreDame, Rose-Marie Bourque (Andy), and Joy Landry (Rodrigue) both of Cocagne; two sons, Donat (Mai) of Cocagne, Yvon (Sheila) of Swansey, NH; an adopted daughter, Phyllis Early (late Albert) of Guelph, ON; a sister-in-law, Juliette LeBlanc; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces, and nephews. Besides her husband, Willie; she is predeceased by her sister, Léonie Landry (late Arthur); brothers, André (Juliette), Henri (late Anne), Antoine, Jacob, Gérard (late Dorice), Donat (late Bertha); two infant sons, JeanGuy, and Joseph. Remains resting at St-Pierre Roman Catholic Church, Cocagne from where the funeral Mass will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday January 20, 2004. Visiting hours Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Tuesday from 2 p.m. Interment will be in St-Joseph's cemetery, Shediac.
