Amanda Lirette Amanda Lirette, 91, of Résidence Belle-Vue, Dieppe and formerly of Archibald Street, Moncton, passed away on Saturday, January, 24, 2004 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born November 10, 1912 in Barachois, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Doiron, and the late Evangeline Gautreau. She is survived by seven daughters, Jeaninne LeBlanc (Omer), Claudette Caissie, Betty-Ann Lane (Jimmy) all of Dieppe, Dorine Babineau (Raymond) of Hamilton Ontario, Patsy Vautour (Bob) of Shediac, Maida McGuigan of Moncton, Joanne Hearns (Gordon) of Edmonton Alberta; four sons, Paul (Myrna) of Waterford Ontario, Teddy (Rose) of Laval Quebec, Ronald (Kattie) and Léo (Géraldine) all of Dieppe; two sisters, Elizabeth LeBlanc (Alyre) of Moncton, Anna Myrdle of Edmonton Alberta; two brothers, Léonide of Longeuil Québec and Antoine of Fredericton; 26 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, William; step sons, Robert, Laurie, Roger; step daughter, Stella; sisters, Eva, Julie, Thérèse; brothers, Léandre, Thadée, Camille and Emile. Remains resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (8581900). Visiting hours on Monday 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m., on Tuesday 9;30a.m. until time of departure 10:15a.m. The funeral Mass will be held at 10:30a.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Cathedral Roman Catholic Church, Moncton.
