Heber Lorne Goddard INTERVALE, NB - Heber Lorne Goddard of Intervale, NB, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2004 at his residence at the age of 91. Born March 23, 1912 in Massachusetts, U.S.A. he was the son of the late Lorne H. and Mamie I. Goddard. He was the former manager of the Co-Op Store in Fawcett Hill for 15 years and was a retired farmer. A member of the First North River Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Henrietta (Magee); three daughters, Audrey Beckett (Humbert) of Nackawic, Linda Cromwell of Salisbury and Marlene Marshall of Fawcett Hill; two sons, Robert Goddard (Vesta) of Intervale and Paul Goddard (Agi) of London, Ontario; a sister, Ruth Blakney (Murray) of Intervale; 14 grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a daughter, Cynthia Lynn Goddard; a son, William; a sister, Nellie Mae Colpitts and a brother, William. Visiting hours will be held from Armstrong's Funeral Home, 33 Russell Street, Petitcodiac on Monday from 7-9. The funeral service will be held from Armstrong's Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 10, 2004 at 2:00 PM with Rev.K. McCrea officiating. The interment will take place at the First North River Cemetery at a later date.
