Alcide Arseneault 1932 - 2004 BURK'S FALLS, ON - Alcide Arseneault passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on February 10, 2004. Born in Pointe Verte, NB on July 13, 1932, he was the son of the late Pierre Arseneault and the late Hélène (St.Pierre) Arseneault. Alcide is survived by his wife, Marina (Fehr) Arseneault; one daughter, Lisa (Kevin) Gillen of Mississauga, ON; one son, Marc of Toronto; two grandchildren, Connor and Brian Gillen; three sisters, Cécilia (Melvin) Galuchon of Gauvreau, NB, Jeanne d'Arc of Moncton, Carmélina (Aldoria) Basque of Tracadie-Sheila; two brothers, Hector (Claudette Galuchon) of Tracadie-Sheila, Walter of Woodstock, ON; an aunt, Mrs. Georgina (Léo) Ferguson and by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Guy, as an infant and Napoleon in 2002. Remains resting at Neweduk Funeral Home, Mississauga, ON. Funeral service will be held Saturday, the 14th at 11:00 a.m. In Alcide's memory, donations to the cancer society or memorial of donor's choice would be greatly appreciated.
