Margaret Lerette SACKVILLE, NB - The death of Margaret Lerette, age 83, widow of Albert James (John) Lerette, of Sackville, occurred suddenly at her home on Wednesday, February 25, 2004. Born in England, she was a daughter of the late Jabez and Leigha (Clark) Mason. Having served in the British Army during World War II, she came to Canada as a war bride in 1950. She was a member of the Sackville Senior Citizens. A cook, she worked for many years at the Marshland's Inn in Sackville. Margaret will be sadly missed by a son, Peter (Jennifer Hunter), Halifax and a daughter Pat Lerette, Sackville; a granddaughter, Andrée and a grandson, Adam. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert James (John) Lerette and a brother, Peter. The remains are resting at the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville, (364-1300) with visitation Friday from 7 to 9 pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Vincent's Roman Catholic Church, Sackville on Saturday, February 28, 2004 at 11 am, Rev. Father Alban Thibodeau officiating.
