Yvon Nowlan 1948 - 2004 NEW WESTMINSTER, BC - Yvon Nowlan, 55, of New Westminster, BC, passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2004 at the Royal Columbian Hospital, New Westminster, BC. Born in Dieppe, NB, he was the son of Albert and Rose (née: LeBlanc) Nowlan. He had worked as an orderly in the local hospitals and in Ottawa. Yvon loved making wooden models and enjoyed the great outdoors. He will be sadly missed by his parents; two daughters, Elizabeth (Chris) Wilcox of Saint-John, Susan Nowlan and an adopted stepdaughter, Linda (Mike) LeBlanc both of Moncton; two sisters, Marie (Albion) Boudreau of Dieppe and Bernadette Mills (Gilles Roy) of Moncton; three brothers, Clarence (Jacqueline) of Memramcook, Roger (Rosie) of Gatineau, QC, and Robert (Emerise) of Dieppe; three grandchildren, Tyler, Jeffrey, Janaya and a step granddaughter, Isabelle; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins and also by a special friend Debbie. Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault St., Dieppe (857-1901) on Sunday, March 28, 2004 from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 pm and on Monday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Ste Thérèse Roman Catholic Church on Monday, March 29, 2004 at 11am. Donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
