Gerald F. King 1930 - 2004 Gerald King, 73, husband of Connie, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, April 5, 2004. Born in Tignish, PEI on November 16, 1930, he was the son of the late Floyd and Ada (Patriquin) King. A self employed contractor for over 40 years, Gerald established T & G Trucking with his son, Terry in the late 1970's and was very proud of the company's success and continuing growth. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Connie (Kervn); sons, Mike (Linda), Terry (Susan), Jason (Neala), daughters; Geraldine Richard (Paul), Nancy Macdonald (Irwin), Debbie (Bob), Lynn Arbeau (Mark); brothers, Bob (Maxine), Ron (Stella), Charles (Lillian); a sister, Mable Arsenault; 12 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sistersin-law, Ethel, Denise and Jean, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Douglas. With deep respect for Gerald's wishes, there will not be any visiting hours or reception at the funeral home. All are welcome to attend the funeral service to be held on Thursday, April 8, at 11 AM in the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home, Pastor Donald Arbeau officiating. Private family interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or The Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation.
