Raymond Williams 1935 - 2004 ST. PHILIPPE, NB - Raymond Williams, 68, of St. Philippe, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2004 at his residence. Born in St. Philippe, he was the son of the late Leandre and Anna (née: Melanson) Williams. He was a retired painter, enjoyed playing darts and cards "200", a member of the Club d'Age d'Or de St. Philippe and a parishioner at St. Philippe Roman Catholic Church. Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Geraldine (née: McGraw); one daughter, Jeannine (Luc) Bouchard of St. Philippe; one son, Paul (Gisele) of Moncton; three sisters, Sarah (late Gerard) LeBlanc of St. Philippe, Ida (Peter) Laube of Carvel, AB and Catherine (late Tilmon) Brun of Lakeside; one brother, Emile (Yvonne Cormier) of Moncton; one sister-in-law, Elizabeth of St. Philippe; three grandchildren, Tim, Joannie and Alisha as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, Henri. Visitation will be held from the St. Philippe Church basement, on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 from 5 pm until time of service. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from St. Philippe Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at 7 pm. Interment in St. Philippe Parish Cemetery, St. Philippe, NB.
