Rita Maillet 1917 - 2004 BURLINGTON, ON - Rita Maillet, wife of the late Fidèle Maillet passed away at her daughter's residence at the age of 86 on Wednesday, May 19, 2004 after a sudden illness. Born in St. Louis de Kent, N.B. on July 30, 1917. She is the daughter of the late Athanase and Emma (Guimond) LeBlanc. Mrs. Maillet will be sadly missed by her three daughters, Lorraine Jamieson (late Hugh), Burlington, ON, Anne-Marie Richards (late Russell), Kempville, ON, Lisette Daigle (Arsène), Calgary, AB; three sisters, Marie Mazerolle (late Jos), Yvette LeBlanc, Emma LeBlanc, all of St. Louis de Kent; two brothers, Néré LeBlanc (Corinne), Orleans, ON, Albert LeBlanc, St. Louis de Kent; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Rita was predeceased by her husband, Fidèle; one son, Donald; daughter-in-law, Elvina; and one sister, Jeanne Hache. Visitation will be held at Thompson Memorial Home, St. Louis de Kent on Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, Saturday 9:00 AM until time of funeral. The funeral mass will be held at St. Louis des Français Roman Catholic Church, St. Louis de Kent on Saturday, May 22, 2004, at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in the Parish Cemetery.
