Robert Matthew Clark Retired CSC Regional Deputy Commissioner OTTAWA, ON - Robert Matthew Clark. Peacefully on May 20, 2004, surrounded by family Bob joined his late wife Dorothy Clark (Delyea) in eternity. He will be dearly missed by his children, Bob (Peggy), Brian (Roxanne), David (Jean) and Dianne (Bob Elliott). Loving grandpa to Michael, Philip, Lindsay, Leslie, Jenn, Tiffany and Katie.
