Burke Hennessey Hunter FREDERICTON, NB - The death of Burke Hennessey Hunter, husband of Gay (Graham) Hunter of Royal Road, occurred on Thursday, June 10, 2004 at his home. Born February 16, 1945, he was a son of Logan "Billy" and Estelle (Munn) Hunter of Hayesville. Burke is survived by his wife, Gay Hunter; his mother, Estelle (Munn) Hunter; two sons Michael Hunter (Kim) of Geary, Sterling Hunter of Royal Road; two daughters, Michelle Hunter (Doug) of Douglas, Mary Hunter of Fredericton; six grandchildren, Cecil, Kandice, Jesse, Curtis, Megan and Colin; two great grandchildren, Emily and Hannah; three brothers, David "Mike" Hunter (Marie) of Chipman, Randy Hunter of Fredericton, Ricky Hunter (Celeste) of Kennectcook, NS; four sisters, Darlene Hovey of Boiestown, Bonnie Gillespie (Ron) of Saint John, Wilda Greene (Ralph) of Fredericton, Margot Hunter (Tom) of Fredericton and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton NB, on Sunday, June 13th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral service will take place on Monday, at 2 PM from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jerry Horseman officiating. Interment will take place at the Bloomfield Ridge United Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Troy Greene, Rodey Greene, Ronnie Gillespie, Ryan Johnston, David Hunter and Bev Tucker.
