Florence Lawlor SAINT JOHN, NB - The death of Mrs. Florence E. Lawlor of Brunswick Drive, Saint John, widow of James R. Lawlor, occurred unexpectedly at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Tuesday, June 29, 2004. Born on December 22, 1919 in Sydney, N.S., she was a daughter of the late John and Margaret (Power) McGrath. Florence was a member of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception parish, the Catholic Women's League, St. Joseph's Hospital Auxiliary, and Forever Young Seniors Club. She was predeceased by her daughter, Patricia Dobson; three sisters, Margaret Stephenson, Patricia McGrath, and Rita Gillis; two brothers, Cecil and John McGrath; and one sister and two brothers in infancy. She is survived by one son Greg (Jean) of Riverview, N.B.; two special sisters-in-law, Rose Marie McGrath and Mary MacDonald;, several brothers-inlaw and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo Street, Saint John (634-1965) with visiting on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Friday morning at 12:00pm. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. www.fitzpatrickfh.com
