
Emilia Boudreau
Emilia Boudreau 1911 - 2004 Emilia Boudreau of Cornhill Street, Moncton and formerly of La Hetriere, passed away at the age of 93 at the Moncton City Hospital surrounded by her family on July 5, 2004 following a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born in St. Paul de Kent, she was the daughter of the late Donat and Lydie (Henri) Maillet. She is survived by four daughters, Jeannine Boudreau, Annette (Oscar) Allain, both of La Hetriere, Donalda (Arthur) Leger of St.-Edouard de Kent, and Dolorèse (late Joseph) LeBlanc of Moncton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, Gérard, Nicole, Paulette, Ricky, David, Phyllis, Monette, Tina, Duane and Brigitte; 12 greatgrandchildren; one sister, Imelda (Bill) Tims of Fredericton and one brother, Eric Maillet of Moncton as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Antoine (1953), two infant sons, Paul and Joseph; six sisters, Jeanne, Marie, Evelyn, Yvonne, Alida and Irène; five brothers, Alban, Gérard, Edouard "Eddie", brother Gérard (Laurentien) Maillet, c.s.c. and Hervé, as well as an infant granddaughter, Géraldine. Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home on Wednesday July 7 from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 pm. and Thursday July 8 from 2 to 6:30 pm. Funeral will be held at the St. Thomas Roman Catholic Church, St-Joseph on Thursday, July 8, 2004 at 7h00. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Canadian Cancer Society, Oncology Centers (of either hospitals) or the Extra-Mural Hospital (Blanche-Bourgeois unit) would be greatly appreciated by the family. We love her still and always will.
