Louis Maillet 1920 - 2004 ST. LOUIS DE KENT, NB - Louis Maillet, 83, husband of Marie-Louise (Robichaud) Maillet, of St. Louis de Kent, NB, passed away at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent on Monday, July 5, 2004. Born in St. Louis de Kent, NB he was the son of the late Alyre Maillet and the late Zelica (Poirier) Maillet. He had worked for 32 years for the City Port in Saint John and with Natural Resources -NB until retirement. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 30, Richibucto. He served in the Canadian Army during WW II. Louis is survived by his wife, MarieLouise; one daughter, Rose Alma Proulx (Maurice) of St. Louis de Kent; three sons, Gerald (Aline) of St. Louis de Kent, Sylvio of Moncton and Laurie of Moncton; one sister, Irene Brideau (Cyriac) of St. Louis de Kent; one brother, Paul-Emile (Aldona) of Sudbury, ON; three grandchildren, Suzie Proulx Daigle (Bert), Gilles Proulx (Joanne), Stephane Proulx; four great grandchildren, Marc-Andre Daigle, Jeremy Daigle, Joelle and Miguelle Proulx. Resting at Thompson Memorial Home, St. Louis de Kent with visitation on Wednesday from 7 to 9 PM and Thursday from 2:00 PM until time of funeral. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Louis de Francais Roman Catholic Church, St. Louis de Kent on Thursday, July 8, 2004 at 4:00 PM. Interment will take place in the Parish Cemetery.
