Venolia Fontaine 1928 - 2004 ALDOUANE, NB - Venolia Fontaine, 75, wife of Arcade Fontaine, of Aldouane, NB passed away at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent, Thursday, July 15, 2004 after a brief battle with cancer. Born in St. Charles, NB, she was the daughter of the late Placide Robichaud and the late Sylvie (Chevarie) Robichaud. She was a home maker and attended St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic church, Richibucto. Venolia is survived by one son, Sgt. Terry Fontaine, Camp Gagetown; two sisters, Placidie Kelly (Jean Paul LeBlanc) of Moncton, François Coster (Kenny) of Moncton; eight brothers, Azade (Thérèse C.), Zeol (Thérèse P.) both of Montreal, Ben (Aggie), Roger (Diane) both of Truro, Vital (Norma) Camille (Lorraine), Sylvio (Claudette) all from Moncton and Ernest (Dore) of St. Paul; one grandson, Terry Jr. She was predeceased by her sister, Elodie Gallant; an infant sister, Placidie and brothers, Alderie, Placide Jr., and Albert. Resting at Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Saturday 7 to 9pm, Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm, Monday 9am until time of funeral. Funeral Mass will be held in St. Louise de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto on Monday, July 19, 2004 at 11:00am. Interment will be held in the Aldouane Roman Catholic Cemetery.
