Mrs. Maisie A. Potter MIRAMICHI, NB - Mrs. Maisie Arletta Potter, widow of the late Leonard Potter, of the Miramichi Senior Citizens Home, and formerly of Loggieville, passed away at her residence, on Saturday, July 17, 2004. Born in Alma, N.B., she was the daughter of the late John J. and Blanche (Wortman) McLaughlin. She was a homemaker and attended Knox United Church, Miramichi and was a former member of the U.C.W. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Gail Robinson (Ronald), of Toronto, ON; one son, Richard E. Potter, of Prince George, B.C.; two grandchildren, Kally and Kevin; one sister, Mrs. Annie Sinclair (John), of Alma; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard in 2000; two brothers, James and Kenneth McLaughlin. By request there will be no visitation or public funeral service. A private committal service will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery, at a later date.
