Elie Robichaud SHEDIAC, NB - Elie Robichaud, 80, husband of Minnie Melanson, of Villa Providence Inc., Shédiac and formerly of Cocagne, passed away at the Villa Providence, Shédiac, NB on Wednesday, August 4, 2004 after a lengthy illness. Born in Cocagne, NB on April 1, 1924, he was the son of the late Onézime Robichaud and the late Mélanie Léger. He was a Lobster Fisherman. Elie attended the Saint-Pierre Roman Catholic Church, Cocagne. Elie is survived by his wife, Minnie Robichaud; three daughters, Pauline Ober (Les) of Waltham, Mass, Marie Pellegrino of Waban,Mass, Alberta Provenciak (Russell) of Fort Lauderdale, Fl.; two sons, Léo-Paul of Cocagne, Thomas (Maristani) of Walpole, Mass; four sisters, Marie Désprés of Saint-Antoine, Yvonne LeBlanc of Bouctouche, Anna Dallaire (George) of Salem, New Hampshire, Helene Fournier of Gardner, Mass; three grandchildren, Noelle, Marcelle, Sean; several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by one son, Emery (2001); one sister, Bertha; five brothers, Antoine, Joseph, Hector, Livain, Philippe. Resting at Saint-Pierre Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Cocagne with visitation on Thursday, August 5 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Friday from 12:30 to 1:45 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at Saint-Pierre Roman Catholic Church, Cocagne on Friday, August 6, 2004 at 2:00 pm. Interment will take place in the Parish Cemetery.
