Lawrence Edward Matthews 1914 - 2004 Lawrence Edward Matthews, 89 years, of Moncton, passed away at K. E. Spencer Memorial Home in Moncton on Saturday, August 7, 2004. He was the last surviving member of his family. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen of Riverview, NB; daughter, Joyce and Adrien of Riverview; two sons, George and Donna of Riverview, David and Beverly of Calgary; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Lawrence was predeceased by one sister, Alberta; and two brothers, Ray and Floyd. There is no visitation at the Funeral Home, there will be a memorial service held at the Riverview Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 10, 2004, at 3pm with Jim Horsman officiating. Interment will be in the Pine Hill Cemetery. By the request of the family there will be no donations or floral arrangements.
