Elvera Joyce Kingston MARMOUR, ON - Mrs. Elvera Joyce Kingston, wife of Alfred Kingston of Carresent Nursing Home, Marmour, ON, passed away Monday, August 9, 2004, in Marmour, ON at the age of 63. Born in Doyles Brook, NB, she was the daughter of Mrs. Velma (Gallan) Price and the late Wilson Pleadwell. She was a RNA and a member of the United Church of Canada. Besides her husband and mother she is survived by two sons, Wilson (Lynn) of Wawa, ON, Brian (June) of North Vancouver; one brother, Clarence; one step sister, Donna (Peter) Woolsey of Halifax; two step brothers, Gurney (Leanne) Price of New Market, NB, John (Debbie) Price of Moncton, NB; three sister-in-laws, Beryl (Carl) Kingston of Dorchester, Isabelle (Eugene) Breau of Miramichi, Susan (Don) Travis of Stevensville, ON; four grandchildren, Christopher, Alexander, Veronica and Ashley. She was predeceased by her father. Mrs. Elvera J. Kingston, rested at Davidson's Funeral Home, 597 Old King George Hwy, Miramichi with visitation on Thursday. The Funeral Service was held Friday, August 13, 2004 at 2 p.m. from Davidson's Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Penny Postlethwaite officiating. Burial followed in Cochraneville Cemetery, Doyles Brook, NB. Organist was Roma Gallon. Hymns were "In the Garden" and "How Great Thou Art". Soloist Valerie King rendered "Amazing Grace". Readings were by Florence Esson. Eulogy was by her son Brian Kingston. At the request of the family donations to Cochraneville United Church Cemetery Fund or New Brunswick Diabetic Association would be appreciated.
