Roger "Pepsi" LeBlanc
Roger "Pepsi" LeBlanc Roger "Pepsi" LeBlanc, 60, of Robinson Street, Moncton, passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2004 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born July 29, 1944 in Moncton, he was the son of the late Marcelin and Lucie (LeBlanc) LeBlanc. Roger was afflicted with Down Syndrome and was for many years found at the corner of Mountain Road and Robinson waving to everyone. He is survived by a sister, Gloria LeBlanc (late Georges) of East Hartford, CT; two brothers, Norbert (Flora) of Cocagne, Gérald (Lois) of North Carolina; two nephews, Bernie and his wife, Heather who were his caregivers for over 21 years and Maurice; two nieces, Theresa and Brenda; a great niece, Natalie; two great-nephews, Randy and Tyler. Remains resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (8581900). Visiting hours Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, August 27, 2004 at Frenette Funeral Home. A reception to follow. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
