Mrs. Deveda C. Traer 1923 - 2004 MIRAMICHI, NB - Mrs. Deveda C. Traer, widow of the late Henry C. Traer, of the Mount St. Joseph Nursing Home, and formerly of John Street, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, on Monday, August 30, 2004, at the age of 81. Born in Kouchibouguac, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Nina (Tweedie) Kingston. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Andrews United Church, Miramichi. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Viola Grant (Clayton), of Moncton and Mrs. Alma Cameron, of Saint John; one special niece, Debbie Bourque, of Miramichi; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry; three sisters, Eva McLenaghan, Susan Smith and Gladys Brown; one brother, Owen Kingston. Visitation will be held at Adams Funeral Home Ltd., 140 King St., on Tuesday evening only, from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held from St. Andrews United Church, Miramichi, on Wednesday, September 1, 2004, conducted by Rev. David Cleveland. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Miramichi. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Andrews United Church, Riverside Cemetery Fund, or any charity of the donors' choice, would be appreciated by the family.
