Phyllis Elizabeth Grattan 1923 - 2004 Phyllis Elizabeth Grattan, of St. George Blvd., Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Friday, September 17, 2004 at the age of 80. Born in Middlesex, NB, she was the daughter of the late Harley and Emma (Bannister) Horsman. She is survived by her son, Dick Grattan (Sylvia) of Surrey, BC; grandsons, Mike Grattan (Jacquie) of Sask., Phillip Gratton of Man., and Richard Grattan of BC; great grandchildren, Natalie, Naomi, Aimee and MaghanPaige. She was predeceased by her husband, G. Cody Grattan in 1993; sisters, Eva Sweetser, Grace McPhee and Ida Stultz; and a brother, Frank Horsman; a son, Philip Claire. At her request there will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held at Riverview Funeral Home Chapel, 214 Pine Glen Rd., Riverview, on Wednesday, September 22, 2004 at 2:00 pm with Fr. Bernard Sloan officiating. Interment will be in the Shediac Road Catholic Cemetery. Donations in memory of Phyllis made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by her family.
