Donna (Wilkins) Flagner 1957 - 2004 Donna (Wilkins) Flagner, 47, of Moncton passed away after a long battle with cancer on Thursday, October 14, 2004. Born in Moncton, on June 1, 1957, she was the daughter of Robert and Evelyn (Howarth) Wilkins. She is survived by her husband, David Flagner of Moncton; her son, Shayne Flood of Dartmouth; her brother, Larry (Darlene) of Moncton; her sister, Barbara (Camille) Landry of Moncton; and several nieces and nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Steward; her paternal grandparents, George and Emily Wilkins, and her maternal grandparents, Walter and Ethel Howarth as well as several aunts and uncles. Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home with visitation on Saturday, October 16 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m, and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held in Fair Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, October 18, 2004 at 2:00 p.m followed by a reception for family and friends in the Garden View Reception Room of Fair Haven Funeral Home.
