Evelyn Kaye FAIRFIELD, NB - The death of Evelyn Kaye of Fairfield, NB, occurred in the Sackville Memorial Hospital on Thursday, October 28, 2004 at the age of 79 years. Evelyn was born in Fairfield, NB, the daughter of the late Murray and Beulah (Fisher) Ward. Evelyn enjoyed cards, bowling, square dancing and camping at Murray Beach and spent many hours knitting and quilting for family and friends. Evelyn will be sadly missed by a son, Douglas (Melody) Kaye, Stratford, PEI; four grandchildren, Christopher, Nicholas, Lacy-Jane and Darren; three great grandchildren, Anna, Caitlin and Braden; a brother, Harold Ward; sisters, Betty Brown, Marion Patterson and Arlene Phinney; a special friend, Charlie Patterson; and her puppy dog, Jake. She was predeceased by her husband, Kelcie; and her brother, Raymond. The remains are resting at the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville (364-1300) with visitation Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, October 30, 2004 at 11 am, Mr. Hal Lowther officiating. Burial in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens, Moncton. www.jonesfuneralhome.ca
