Anne Robichaud BOUCTOUCHE, NB - Anne Robichaud, 95, widow of the late Major Lorenzo Robichaud (1996), of Manoir St-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche and formerly of Bouctouche passed away at Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche, NB on Friday, November 19, 2004 after a lengthy illness. Born in Grande-Digue, NB on September 14, 1909 she was a daughter of the late Charles Hébert and the late Marie Breau. Anne Hébert Robichaud was a dedicated nurse who worked for several years in various hospitals in the Montreal and Ottawa regions. Many patients had occasion to receive excellent care from Anne at the Notre Dame, SteAnne de Bellevue, Pasteur, St-Jean-deDieu and Veteran's Hospital, where she met her husband, Major Lorenzo Robichaud. She also visited many children as a Health Public nurse during her early career. She attended Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche. Besides her obvious dedication to providing health care, she was a passionate and accomplished artist. Anne did not hesitate to share her passion with others and thus should you visit her relatives and friends you will see several of her paintings. She was equally at ease with the various painting mediums but during her last years she had a fondness for water colors. Anne is survived by one nephew and one niece, Paul-Emile and Olive Hébert of Bouctouche; one sister, Mabel Williams of Saint-Jean; brothers, Albert (Bert) (Anita) of Moncton, Edgar (Emilienne) of Bouctouche; several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by four brothers, Johnny, Alcide, Edmond and Hector (Bébé). At the request of the family there will be no viewing at the funeral home. The family will receive family and friends at the Bouctouche Golden Age Club immediately following the funeral for a reception. The Funeral Service will be held at Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Monday, November 22, 2004 at 4:00 pm. Interment will take place in the Parish Cemetery. Donations to the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Foundation, The Manoir StJean Baptiste, Mass or Church Renovations would be appreciated by the family.
