Hubert Gallant 1924 - 2004 ST. CHARLES, NB - Hubert Gallant, 80, husband of Aline (Richard) Gallant, of St. Charles, NB passed away at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent on Wednesday, December 15, 2004. Born in St. Charles, NB, he was the son of the late Placide Gallant and the late Délia (Vautour) Gallant. He was retired Body Repairman and attended St. Charles Borromée Roman Catholic Church, St. Charles. Hubert is survived by his wife, Aline; three daughters, Jeannette Gallant (Weldon), Julieanne Hebert (Joseph), Margaret McLaughlan (Randy); three sons, Sylvain (Anne-Marie), Leopold, Bernard (Linda); eight grandchildren, Jacqueline, Trevor, Jessica, Angie, Jillian, Andrew, Joey and Katlin; three great grandchildren, Kayla, Shawna and Ashton; five sisters, Bella LeBlanc (late Ovila), Simeda Poirier (Marcel), Elodie Maillet (Alonzo), Fibola Pitre (late Alonzo), Regina Chevarie (late Leon); three brothers, Leonard (late Rita), Tom, Joe P. (Diana); close friends, brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Desiré and Anita LeBlanc. He was predeceased by one brother, Adolphe (Lucille). Resting at Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Thursday from 7 to 9 PM, Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM, Saturday from 9 AM until time of funeral. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Charles Borromée Roman Catholic Church, St. Charles on Saturday, December 18, 2004 at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place in the Parish Cemetery.
