Edgar J. Robichaud 1909 - 2005 RICHIBUCTO, NB - Edgar J. Robichaud, 95, husband of Célanire (Vautour) Robichaud of Richibucto, NB, passed away at La Villa Maria, St. Louis de Kent on Tuesday, January 4, 2005. Born in Aldouane, NB, he was the son of the late Auguste Robichaud and Apoline (Babin) Robichaud. He had been employed at Mundles, Co-op, Sumners, Hannay's and retired from Warren's. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree, and the Richibucto Golden Age Club. Survived by his wife, Célanire; two daughters, Gilberte (Ola), Richibucto, Anne-Marie (Léopold), Richibucto; one son, Yrois (Christine), Aldouane; eight grandchildren, Jocelyne (Andrew), Francine, Daniel (Norma), Christine (Shawn), Paul (Grace), Denis (Robyn), Chantal (Denis), Marcel (Rachel); seven great grandchildren, Logan, Austin, Brandon, Alicia, Mathieu, Yanick, Jasmine; several nieces and nephews. The last surviving member of his immediate family, Edgar was predeceased by five sisters, Alice, Annie, Regina, Oliva, Alma and three brothers, Edmond, Joseph, Neri. Resting at Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Thursday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 6:00 pm until time of funeral. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto on Friday, January 7, 2005 at 7:00 pm. Interment will be in Aldouane Roman Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
