Evelyn Hay SHEDIAC, NB - Evelyn Hay, 94, of the Beausjour Nursing Home, Shediac, formally of the Miramichi, passed away at The Moncton City Hospital on Thursday, January 27, 2005. Born in Chatham the daughter of the late Adam and Gertrude (Trevor) Hay. She is survived by a sister, Lenore (NoNo) Wallace of Pointe de Chene, several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by sisters, Mary (Maymie), Bertha and Eleanor; brothers, Warren, Billy, Joe and Douglas. Visitation for family and friends was held on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at Maher's Funeral Home, Miramichi. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 31, 2005 at 10am from St. Michael's Basilica, Miramichi with Fr. John Fraser officiating. Interment in St. Michael's Cemetery in the spring.
