Helen Phinney The death of Helen Phinney, age 58, of Moncton, widow of Frank Phinney, occurred suddenly at The Moncton City Hospital on Wednesday, March 2, 2005. Born in Dorchester, she was a daughter of the late Carmen and Janie (Holmes) Lowerison. Helen will be sadly missed by two daughters, Tracy (Richard Crowley) Phinney, Moncton and Dolly (Wayne) Hicks, Sackville; two grandchildren, Hayley and Dylan; brothers, Everett, Kenneth, Blair and Dean; sisters, Shirley, Constance and Jeannie. She was predeceased by her husband Frank in 1999. The remains have been forwarded for cremation. There will be no visitation or memorial services. Burial in the Midgic Cemetery in the spring.
