Madonna Daigle BAIE SAINTE-ANNE, NB - Madonna Daigle, 84, of Baie Sainte-Anne, wife of Eric Daigle died peacefully at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, Thursday, March 10, 2005 surrounded by her children. Born in Baie Sainte-Anne, she was the daughter of the late André and Barbara (Chaisson) Manuel. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 63 years; her three sons, Emilien (Claudia) of Baie Ste Anne, Paul-Eric (Brigitte), and Mario (Brenda), both from Miramichi; five daughters, Rosemonde (Marc) Doucet, Séraphie (Elvery) Martin of Baie Ste Anne, Adrienne (Marcel) Pelletier of Edmunston, Catherine (Aubé) Manuel of Moncton and Audrey (Ronald) Daigle of Saint John; daughter-in-law, Joyce Daigle; four brothers, Clément (Rita) of Plaster Rock, Anthime (Viola), Albert (Léola), Elias (Dolorése) all of Baie Ste Anne; six sisters, Dorina (Aldéric) Hachey, Prescilla (John) both from Fredericton, Geneviéve Turbide, Baie Ste Anne, Meldred (Omer) Comeau of Gardiner, Mass, USA, Vitaline (Lucien) Hachey, Nelson, Jacqueline (Emilien) Lirette, Caraquet; 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Gonzague; daughter, Adrienne; daughter-in-law, Lesley and two sisters, Dora and Eliza. Visitation for family and friends will be held from the Baie Ste Anne Slumberoom on Saturday from 7 to 9 and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 11 am from St Anne Roman Catholic Church in Baie Ste Anne. Interment in Church Cemetery in the spring.
