Arthur Edward "Art" Palmer TORONTO, ON - Peacefully, on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at Sunnybrook and Women's College Health Sciences Centre - Veteran's K-Wing, in his 81st year. Beloved husband of the late Erma Palmer (1997). Art was a wonderful and devoted father to Edward "Ed" and his wife Lynda and Dennis and his wife Theresa. Cherished grandfather of Joanna (Ben), Eddie (Franca), Kyle, Evan and Reid and great-grandfather to Tristan, Griffin and Zen. Art will be missed dearly and fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). Funeral Service will be held at the Chapel on Saturday, March 19, 2005 at 9 o'clock. Interment to follow at Westminster Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of choice.
