Presley Martin 1912 - 2005 MIRAMICHI, NB - Presley Martin, 92, of the Foyer Assumption Nursing Home formerly of Principale St., Rogersville, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at his residence. Born in Rogersville, the son of the late Alex and Angéline (Johnson) Martin. Presley was a mechanic by trade. He also loved to travel and was an avid camper. Presley Martin was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He is survived by two daughters, Lilianne (Oscar) Doucette of Fredericton, Thérése (France) Bordage of Bathurst; two grandchildren, Joelle Bordage (Dwight Harris) of Miramichi, Martin Bordage (Daielle Bertin) of Alberta; great grandchild, Zoe; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; his wife, Osélie Martin; twin sons, Yvon and Guillaume Martin; seven sisters, Annie, Marie, Alice, Agnes, Edesse, Edmeé and Exelda; and five brothers, Patrick, Adolphe, Fred, Alexandre and Ned. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday from 1pm till time of the funeral at the St. Francois De Salle Church Chapel in Rogersville. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2005 at 3pm from St Francois De Salle Roman Catholic Church in Rogersville, NB. Interment in the Church Cemetery in the spring.
