Patricia "Pat" Gillis Patricia "Pat" Gillis, 90, of Bonaccord Street, Moncton, wife of the late Ronald Gillis, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born October 3, 1914 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Marguerite (Hébert) Goguen. Pat was past owner/operator of Bird Land Pet Shoppe for 32 years and also Patsy's Lunch many years ago in Dieppe. She is survived by a sister, Alfreda "Freda" King of Thunder Bay, ON; nieces, Pat and June; nephew, Allen, and five great-nephews. Besides her husband, she was also predeceased by her sisters, Hélèna, Nora; brothers, Clarence, Albert, Éric, and Arthur. No visitation by request. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 24, 2005 at Our Lady of Assumption Cathedral, Moncton, followed by a reception in the church hall.
