Mark E. Vincent 1946 - 2005 OTTAWA, ON. - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mark Vincent, 58 years old, of Ottawa (formerly of Moncton). Mark was a retired R.C.M.P. officer with the Security Intelligence Service. Mark is survived by a daughter; his father Eugene (his late beloved mother, Frances) and his sister, Tanya. Mark was also survived by his loving aunt, M. Elizabeth Ogden, Riverview and his uncle Harry McLellan, PEI, both of whom he was very close. Funeral Services were held March 30, 2005 at Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa.
