Marjorie Eileen Jeffrey 1920 - 2005 The death of Marjorie Eileen Jeffrey, of Weldon Street, Moncton, widow of Gordon R. Jeffrey, occurred at The Moncton Hospital on Friday, April 22, 2005. Born May 25, 1920 in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Myrtle (McConomy) Gale. Marjorie attended St. James Anglican Church, Moncton and she had been a member of St. Luke's Women's Institute in Young's Cove, NB. She is survived by two sons, Gale (Carol) of Sussex and Kim of Moncton; her brothers, Burton Gale of Saint John and Paul Gale of Grand Bay Westfield; three grandchildren, Spencer and Candace of Sussex and Christopher of Moncton; one great granddaughter, Alyssa of Sussex; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Gordon R. in 1996; her son, D. Malcolm in 1969, and her brother, Ashley. Resting at Cadman Funeral Home (857-1110) 114 Alma Street, Moncton with visiting hours Sunday, April 24 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 25, 2005 at 2pm in St. James Anglican Church, 101 Fairview Drive, Moncton (corner of St George Blvd and Fairview Drive) followed by a reception in the church hall. Interment will follow in St Luke's Cemetery, Young's Cove at 5 p.m. As an expression of sympathy you may make a donation to St Luke's Cemetery Fund; the Canadian Cancer Society; The Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick, or the Memorial of the donor's choice.
