Beulah Cassidy 1909 - 2005 IRISHTOWN, NB - Beulah Cassidy, of Residence Aventure, Irishtown, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Sunday, May 8, 2005 at the age of 96. Born in Scotch Settlement, NB, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Catherine (Hanington) MacQuarrie. She was retired from the T. Eaton Company after 33 years service, and was also a member of St. John's United Church. She is survived by daughters, Barbara McLaughlin (Yvon LeBlanc) of Notre Dame, NB and Sharron Alward (Alan) of Cape Breton Road; sisters, Eileen Eagles (Gesner) of Salisbury and Kathleen Skidd (Ralph) of Irishtown; brothers, Earl McQuarrie of Dundas, Ronald McQuarrie of St. John and Ivan McQuarrie (Rosemary) of Toronto; four grandchildren; and one great grandson. She was predeceased by her husband Wilfred Cassidy in 1978; a son, John Douglas in 1944; sisters, Gladys McQuarrie, Mildred Kelly and Thelma Christiansen. At Beulah's request, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held at St. John's United Church on Thursday, May 12, 2005 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Aaron Billard officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Donations to the memorial of donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
