Ernest Cormier 1929 - 2005 CAP-PELÉ, NB - Ernest Cormier, 76, of Bas Cap-Pelé Rd., Cap-Pelé passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Regional Hospital. Born June 4, 1929 in Bas Cap-Pelé , he was the son of the late Tilmon Cormier and the late Alma LeBlanc. He was a fisherman and farmer prior to his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Hélène (Dupuis) Cormier; three children, Léo Paul and Irois (Joanne) all of Cap-Pelé, Roland (Phyllis) of Bas Cap-Pelé; several brothers and sisters, Claira Landry (Jean-Baptiste), Elda Jones (Donald), Emilia Duguay (Ulysse), Bernadette LeBlanc (Francis), Majella Doiron (Rhéal), all of Cap-Pelé, Roméo Cormier (Lorretta), Charles-Omer Cormier (Bernice), Norbert Cormier all of Bas Cap-Pelé, Amanda Dupuis (Normand) of Moncton, Léona Gallant (Alphée) of Haute-Aboujagane, Huberte Thibodeau (Emile) of Cormier Village; six grandchildren, Samuel, Solange, Rémi, Monica, Joey, Nicholas; and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Noella Hickey; and a niece, DonnaMarie. Resting at Funérarium Frenette, 2642 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé (5773297) on Thursday, June 9 from 7 to 9p.m., Friday, June 10 from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m. and Saturday, June 11 from 9a.m. until time of departure at 9:50a.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10a.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2005 at Ste. Thérèse d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap-Pelé. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
