The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Monday, March 2, 2009, of Bertha Ross (nee Dingwell) of Montague and formerly of Bridgetown, age 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Ross. Beloved mother of Jeannie Ross and Carl (Barbara) Ross of Ontario. Loving grandmother of Karen Ross. Predeceased by precious granddaughter Jenny Ross, sister Edna and brothers Lloyd and Elliot. No visitation by personal request. Cremation to take place and a memorial service will be announced at a later date at which family and friends are welcome. Interment in the family plot at the Acorn Cemetery in Dundas. Contributions may be made directly to the Kings County Memorial Hospital in Montague in Bertha’s memory would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris.
