Evelyn May White 1925 - 2005 Evelyn May White, of The Carey House, Moncton, and formerly of Pine Glen Road, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, August 3, 2005 at the age of 80 years. Born in Pine Glen, NB on March 25, 1925, she was the daughter of the late William and Ella Mae (Colpitts) White. She was a member of The Gunningsville Baptist Church, a member of the Womens Missionary Society within the church, a member of the YMCA, and a member of the Mental Health Bowling Club in Moncton. She is survived by her daughter, Anne and her husband, Hugh Buttenshaw of Dawlish, England; sister, Dorothy Steeves of Perth Andover, NB; also by several special nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her sister, Beulah Steeves; brothers, Herman, Arthur, Herb and Karl White; also by a infant son. Resting at Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Road on Saturday, August 6, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The Funeral Service will be held at The Gunningsville Baptist Church on Sunday, August 7, 2005 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Blair Holden Officiating. Interment will be in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
