Armand "Mondu" LeBlanc Armand "Mondu" LeBlanc, 80, of MacLean Crossroad Road, Irishtown, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2005 at The Moncton Hospital. Born May 29, 1925 in Notre-Dame, he was the son of the late Albénie and Sophie (Girouard) LeBlanc. A Veteran of W.W. 2, he served overseas with the North Shore Regiment. He is survived by his five children; Claudette Wells of Moncton, Jeannette LeBlanc (John) of Riverview, Murielle LeBlanc and Annette Roy (Jean-Paul) both of Irishtown, Tom (Rita) of Moncton; a sister, Doris Tolmie of CT; a brother, Azor of Moncton; nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Lorraine (Cormier) LeBlanc, and a sister, Eileen. Visitation Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900), Friday from 1 p.m. until time of departure (1:30). The Funeral Mass will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 2, 2005 at Sacré-Coeur Roman Catholic Church, Notre-Dame. Interment will be in the Parish Cemetery. Veterans of the Royal Canadian Legion, Moncton Branch # 6, will hold a service of remembrance at the funeral home Thursday evening 7 p.m. At the request of the family, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of NB would be appreciated. www.frenettefuneralhome.com
