Ann Higgins (nee Keough), age 89 years of Corunna. Beloved wife of the late Gerald Higgins (1981). Loving mother of Ann Markin and her husband Boris, Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Jerry Higgins, Corunna. Dear grandmother of Michelle (Todd), Christine, Greg (Katherine) and Heather (Mike). Also survived by her brother, Jerome Keough, Nova Scotia.
Ann was born in Nova Scotia and moved to Corunna in 1957. She was a veteran of WWII and was a past member of Royal Canadian Legion Branch #447 Corunna.
Friends visited at the Knight Funeral Home, 588 St. Clair Parkway, Corunna on Wednesday, March 4. Funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Church, Corunna at 10:30 a.m. today with Fr. Jan Pochwala celebrating. Interment will follow in Moore-Union Cemetery, Mooretown.
