Josephine Mary Oakley 1919 - 2005 Josephine M. Oakley, 86, of Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday, September 24, 2005. Born in Sydney, NS, she was the daughter of the late Dan and Mary Fowler. Josephine was a homemaker and a loving and caring mother, grandmother and sister. She will be sadly missed by her seven daughters, Sylvia Oakley and Betty Gould (Gordon) of Moncton, Nancy Mizner (Mike) and Marie Veniot (Allen) of Fredericton, Nora Murray of ON, Amy Keddy (James) of NS, and Dorothy Hart of ON; four sons, Stanley Oakley (Brenda) of Moncton, Peter and Raymond Oakley of ON, and Ernie Budd of Moncton; sister, Rebecca Colborn of Geary, NB; and by her loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Sammy; sisters, Frances and Annie; and brothers, Joseph and Richard. Resting at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, Moncton on Monday, September 26, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The Funeral Service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, September 27, 2005 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Chris White officiating. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
