Louis Cormier
Louis Cormier Louis Cormier, 70, of Highlandview Drive, Moncton, passed away Friday, November 4, 2005 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born January 19, 1935 in Moncton, he was the son of the late Emile and Léonie Cormier. He was employed at Eastern Bakeries following 44 years service, a member of the Moncton Press Club, and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 1310. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Betty (née DeWolfe); his three children, Roderick of Ottawa, Mark (Pauline) and Terry (Louise) both of Moncton; his six grandchildren, Coral-Marie, Trevor, Mitchell, Katelyn, Matthew, Sasha; his four brothers, Camille (Marguerite), Bernard, Roméo, Gerard (Maria); a sister, Lucille Randall (Alfred); many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Theresa Julien; and brothers, Patrick and Normand. The family will receive relatives and friends Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). The Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, Moncton, Father Jean-Bernard Mallais officiating.
