Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at the Health Sciences Center on March 3, 2009, age 81 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Peter Lynch (2001), parents James and Bridget Boland, brothers Gerald, John, Francis, Martin, Bill and Anthony, brothers-in-law Jim, William and Gus Lynch. Leaving to mourn her children Greg Lynch (Kate), St. John’s, Doreen Thorne (Robert), Doug Lynch (Brenda), both of Torbay, Colleen Valiquette (Mark), Peterborough, Ontario and special nephew Gerry Boland (Helen), Outer Cove; nine grandchildren: Leanne Martin (Glynn), Paul Thorne, Steve, Mark and Allie Lynch, Sarah and Scott Lynch, Emily and Nicole Valiquette; brother Kevin Boland (Mary); sisters-in-law Catherine, Sis, Valda and Mary Boland and Marie Lynch; a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends, as well as the residents and staff of Cambridge Estates where Mary resided for the last 21/2 years. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, Torbay. Visitation Thursday from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday from 12 noon - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Saturday, March 7th at 10 a.m. from Holy Trinity Church, Torbay.
