Moody Lewis SALISBURY, NB - Moody Lewis, 88, of Salisbury passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton. Born in Monteagle, he was the youngest son of the late Lovell and Bessie (Melvin) Lewis. Moody was a Veteran of the second world war serving as a Lance Corporal with the RCAF. For over forty years he was self employed as a watchmaker for Dakin and Lewis, retiring in 1982. He was a charter member of the Riverview Baptist Church and was a member of the Salisbury Baptist Church. Survived by his beloved wife of 66 years, the former Audrey Murray; daughter, Janet Parlee (Harold) of Miramichi; grandchildren, Mark Lewis, Halifax, Tanya Parlee, Iqaluit NU, Terri Lynne Maltby (Mike), Miramichi; daughter-in-law, Molly Lewis-Weyman, Fredericton and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son, Merle; sister, Maude Horsman; brothers, Ralph, Stanley, Chesley, Harrison and Wilfred. Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with visiting Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and from where the funeral will be held Friday, November 11 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Mark Smith officiating. Interment at Fairhaven Cemetery, Moncton. If so desired memorials to the Heart and Stroke or Kidney foundations would be appreciated by the family. www.keirsteads.ca
