Olive Frenette 1918- 2005 SHEDIAC, NB - Olive Frenette, 86, wife of the late Léon Frenette, of Résidence O'Bon Soins, Shediac passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2005. Born in Bouctouche, November 23, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Ovila LeBlanc and the late Elmire Arsenault. She was a receptionist at the Villa Providence, Shediac for 13 years prior to her retirement. She was a past member of la Légion de Marie, the Women Catholique League and an associated member of les Soeurs de Providence. Olive will be sadly missed by her loving family; four daughters, Estelle Frenette of Moncton, Fernande Doucet (Len) of Dieppe, Odette LeBlanc (Alfred) of Grand-Barachois, Léone Payne (Keith) of Cornerbrook, Nfld.; one son, Claude of Shediac; three sisters, Sr. Marie Thérèse LeBlanc of Saint-Basil, Sr. Alphonsine LeBlanc of Yarmouth, N. S., Rita Maillet (Georges) of Carleton, QC.; three brothers, Aimé LeBlanc (Pauline) of Grand Falls, Jean LeBlanc (Thérèse) and Noël LeBlanc (Lola) all of Shediac; eight grandchildren, Chris Frenette, Candy Poirier (Eric), Danyèle Belliveau, Monique and Michelle Doucet, Mathieu and Julie LeBlanc and Adam Payne; three great grandchildren, Max Frenette, Luc and Madeleine Poirier and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her husband, Léon (1995), she was also predeceased by her stepmother, Arzélie (LeBlanc) LeBlanc; one sister, Marguerite LeBlanc; two brothers, Albénie and Gérard LeBlanc, one half-sister, Phyllis Vautour and two half-brothers, Léo and Joseph LeBlanc. Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Friday, November 11 from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m. and Saturday, November 12 from 10a.m. until time of departure (10:50a.m.). The funeral mass will be held at 11a.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2005 at St-Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Shediac. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
