William "Bill" Perry 1945 - 2005 Surrounded by family, William J. "Bill" Perry of Riverview and formerly of Tignish PEI, passed away peacefully at The Moncton City Hospital on Thursday, November 10, 2005 at the age of 60 years. Born in Peterborough, ON, on June 18, 1945 he was the son of the late Eugene and Anne Marie (LeClair) Perry. Bill was a field agent for the Knights of Columbus. Known by many and a friend to all, Bill touched many lives while working for Reynolds & Reynolds, Assumption, Sumner Tire and Domtar Packaging. He was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 9270 and a Forth Degree Member of The Roy M. MacDonald Assembly. He is survived by his wife, Helen Richard; daughter, Christine Perry of Riverview; sons, Carl (Trisha) Perry of Riverview, and Brad (Sue) Perry of North Carolina; sisters, Jean Perry of Charlottetown, PE, Tish (Bob) Bullock of Arlington, Mass, Nola (Blois) Rennie of Alberton, PE, Marcella Perry of Charlottetown, PE, Antoinette Perry of Tignish, PE, Barbara Perry of Charlottetown, PE, and Anita (Ivan) Sandy of Calgary, AB; brother, Tommy (JoAnne) Perry of Tignish PE; five grandchildren, Samantha, Julien, Emily, Kayla and Breyden; also by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by an infant brother. Resting at Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Road on Saturday, November 12, 2005 from 6:00 to 8:00pm, and on Sunday, November 13, 2005 from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm. The Knights of Columbus will be holding a prayer service at 8:00pm on Sunday evening at the funeral home, followed by a Prayer Vigil and sharing of memories of Bill at 8:30pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church on Monday, November 14, 2005 at 10:00 am with Father Jeff Doucette officiating. Interment will be in Alderwood Cemetery. In Bill's memory, donations made to Friends of The Moncton Hospital would be appreciated by his family.
